I am thrilled to share that Orange County Rescue Mission was named a Top Workplace in Orange County for 5 years in a row, in the Orange County Register’s annual competition!
Only 105 companies made this year’s list, and we ranked 22nd out of the 45 companies who qualified in the mid-size company category. This award is based on our staff’s feedback through an anonymous employee survey, which makes this award that much more meaningful.
I am amazed every year by the level of passion and dedication that the staff has for the homeless men, women, and children in our community. They are one of the many reasons why the Rescue Mission is continuing to thrive during these challenging times! I am extremely blessed to work with an incredible group of individuals.
