It is not called the House of Hope for no reason.
The Orange County Rescue Mission’s House of Hope program provides housing and wrap around support services for women and children from all kinds of backgrounds and struggles. And yet when you consider the stories behind these faces, the capacity of human resilience when hope is present is astounding.
A more intimate setting than the Village of Hope, the House of Hope is such a blessing, especially during this time of year when families gather to furnish the home with Christmas decor.
Our house manager, Michelle, provided these images of the kids enjoying decorating the tree. I just can’t help but smile when the kids’ smiles jump out at me in these images.
I am so happy to share these happy memories with all of you, our donors and supporters. Thank you for helping make spirits bright during this Christmas season, across all of our campuses and programs.
Merry Christmas from myself and all of the Orange County Rescue Mission community!
