Another class of successful graduates has completed our Success Center’s ‘Road to Success Job Readiness Workshop.’
Each of these men and women have achieved projected goals and reached specific mile-markers in their program that were established with their case managers upon originally entering the program at the Rescue Mission.
At this stage of the program, each of these individuals has accomplished the completion of this week-long intensive training to prepare for their job search process. Where we hope to bring men, women and children off the streets of Orange County, our primary goal is to move them back into positions of independence and purpose. Each client we serve is required to discontinue governmental assistance with the idea that they will provide for their families as they bring in their own pay check.



 
Dressed for success and equipped with the tools they need for resume writing, interviewing skills and professionalism, each of these men and women begin their search for a position of purpose back in the work force to achieve self-sustainability.
