I am humbled and thankful for the people, corporations, foundations and churches that give to Orange County Rescue Mission. We are 100% funded privately by the generosity of others. Each and every donor is greatly valued and appreciated!
We are all working to keep ourselves and our loved ones safe and healthy during the coronavirus pandemic. Can you imagine keeping 465 people safe and healthy? With the help of our supporters, we are meeting this challenge each day.
A little over a week ago we reached out to let the community know that we needed face masks. When Mark Holte, owner of Dretloh Aircraft Supply, Inc. heard about our need, he knew his company was especially well suited to meet this need. Mark took on the challenge. He made the heroic step to convert his factory in Anaheim, that typically produces seating for aircraft, into producing face masks! They have helped to supply our need for face masks, and helped others as well.
I am inspired by Dretloh’s ability to adapt to the current needs of their community. Mark and Pastor Brian Moore of Crosspointe Church in Anaheim delivered the masks that are already being put to good use, keeping everyone in Orange County Rescue Mission safe and healthy.
Thank you, Mark Holte, Dretloh Aircraft Supply, Pastor Brian Moore, and Crosspointe Church for generously supporting the needs of homeless men, women, children, and veterans with our unique needs during the pandemic.
