I think shopping at the Children’s Business Fair has to be the most enjoyable shopping experience, because it’s all about helping children to develop business skills, and also basic life skills they can use no matter their future career! And, they can actually earn a profit!
Please shop at the OC Children’s Holiday Business Fair on Saturday, November 2, from 11am-1:30pm. The Fair is hosted at Village of Hope, 1 Hope Drive, Tustin, 92782. To learn more go to https://www.rescuemission.org/kids-on-a-mission/.
Among these young entrepreneurs from all over Orange County, several are children living at Village of Hope. These children, who not long ago were battling homelessness with their parent(s), have been working and learning for the last several months to have a successful business at the Fair.
To give you a glimpse into how these children are building their businesses, OC Mom Blog Editor, Shelby Barone, is featuring the story of Village of Hope kids Cali and Johnny. This sister and brother partnership is ready to sell you their delicious Jalapeno Poppers! Please click below to read their story.
