For several years now, Tustin Veterans Outpost (our program for homeless veterans and their families) has been operating due to the generosity of the community. Tustin Veterans Outpost does not receive government funding. Several amazing companies donate each year to sponsor the operating expenses for the program and the facility.
A special thank you goes to the Exchange Club of Tustin, a civic group that works very hard to reach out to these companies on our behalf, as well as sharing our needs with potential donors to create new relationships. They contribute funds as well, totaling over $24,000!
We recently honored these donors with a luncheon held at Tustin Veterans Outpost to show appreciation for their generosity, as well as give them a chance to meet some of the veterans and witness firsthand the results of their support.
