Orange County Rescue Mission has been blessed by Joe Oltman’s leadership on the Board of Directors for many years. And this year, Oltman’s Construction has been remodeling the apartment complex adjacent to our current Tustin Veterans Outpost campus. Their work, along with the many subcontractors and vendors that have joined this effort, will more than double our capacity to serve homeless veterans and their families.
