Once again I am overwhelmed by the support of our wonderful community! This past week, over 40 individuals from well-known corporations throughout Orange County gathered at the Tustin Veterans Outpost in support of the cause of ending homelessness for veterans, one life at a time. Each of these companies have committed to sponsor the Tustin Veterans Outpost for a month of the year, for a total of $29,000 in support of veterans in need!
I am so thankful to each of these companies for their desire to care for our veterans. Most of all, I would like to extend a huge thanks to the Exchange Club of Tustin. The Exchange Club became the bridge between the Rescue Mission and the community, as they reached out to each of these corporations to spread the word of the work happening at the Outpost, and how they could make a difference.
Due to their tireless efforts, the Tustin Veterans Outpost is now sponsored for almost the entire year of 2017! I am so thankful for the wonderful friends the Rescue Mission has in the Exchange Club of Tustin and the business community.
