I am so very excited that Charity Navigator has awarded Orange County Rescue Mission with its highest honor of 4 Stars for Exceptional Performance. Charity Navigator is known as the gold standard for non-profit evaluation. It is an honor to be recognized for our financial health, accountability and transparency, and results reporting.
