The program at the Rescue Mission insists that those who come to us seeking help eventually stand on their own two feet in self-sufficiency. One of the mile-marker events that empower our clients to reach this goal is our Road to Success Job Readiness Workshop.


In collaboration with our on site Success Center, this workshop provides a week long intensive training to prepare the clients of the Rescue Mission for the task of job search and job retention.
Re-entering the job force after years of unemployment or having never worked a conventional job before can be intimidating in this transition. But with the help of our professional staff and the coaching of our outstanding case managers, every single one of our clients achieves a job and establishes a savings before graduating and transitioning out of our program.
