I would like to introduce you to other Orange County Rescue Mission Superheroes: Dr. & Mrs. Albert & Yvonne Tjan!

Dr. & Mrs. Albert & Yvonne Tjan were serving Tustin Veterans Outpost long before the first veteran moved in. They were active in providing the finishing touches during construction.

Dr. Tjan is a member of both the Irvine & Tustin Exchange Clubs, and he marshaled their resources to furnish the very finest appliances for each of the kitchens at the TVO, as well as the laundry rooms.

Albert and Yvonne also host the monthly veterans barbecue at TVO. Albert grills tri-tip while Yvonne brings gourmet cakes for the veterans who celebrate birthdays throughout the month. After each barbecue, they move the gathering to a park to play pickball.
