I would like to introduce you to another Orange County Rescue Mission Superhero: Paul Ratkovich!

For the past 10 years, Paul Ratkovich has been volunteering at Orange County Rescue Mission by providing delicious meals, cooking lessons and professional opportunities for our residents. Catering mostly to Christian companies and bands such as Mercy Me and Toby Mac, Paul has been able to offer our residents jobs within his catering company, Maui Catering. Paul continuously pours a wealth of knowledge into our students. He is not only a volunteer and mentor, but a beacon of hope.
